These sessions will help young softball players improve their overhand throwing mechanics, efficiency, and accuracy. Video analysis will be included - minimal partner work to help them stay focused on the process vs. the result.

13-18 Catchers Workouts
When: May 6 and 20th 5:30-6:30
Where: Premier Softball
How much: $60/ session
Who: Ages 13-18
These small groups will be pushed on what it takes to be a solid, all around catcher being the plate and as a leader.

8-12 Catchers Workouts
When: May 6 and 20th 4:30-5:30
7:00-9:00 PM
Where: Premier Softball
How Much: $60/session
Who: Ages 8-12

These small groups will work on the foundations of building a strong catcher - throw downs, framing, blocking, and leadership.

Littles Defense

Great opportunity for littles to learn more about how to become great infielders and outfielders. Footwork, transfers, angles, and more instructional reps.

ADVANCED Defense
When: Wednesdays June 3, 10, 17, 24 11:00-12:30

How Much: $45/session or $160 for all 4

Advanced defense classes OUTSIDE (Woo!) will build off of the winter sessions working on reading balls and becoming more efficient while pushing them further to grow in range, position work, and outfield work/full field reps.
​

Catchers Workouts
When: Wednesdays June 3, 10, 17, 24 12:30-1:30
Where: Donald Flynn Park

Who: Ages 13+
How Much: $60/session or $220 for all 4

Catchers workouts this summer will push catchers on applying the things they've worked on indoors to a full field and growing beyond just throw-downs and blocking, but nailing down bunt defense, plays at the plate, pop ups and more. We will continue to grow at the everyday skills but will be challenged further outdoors.
​
If rained out - will be held at Premier's facility.

Littles Hitting
When: Mondays June 8 and 22 3:00-4:00
Where: Premier Softball
937 N Opdyke Rd Auburn Hills, MI
Who: Ages 6-10
How Much: $50/session or $90 for both

Hitters will work on staying in the ground, driving through the ball, and will get video analysis of their individual swings with both tee and front toss reps with instruction on both their swing as well as their plate presence.
